Transport Secretary Grant Shapps will dispatch the first passenger train to run on the Dartmoor Line for over 50 years.
A plaque has been unveiled commemorating Britain’s first black train driver, Jamaican-born Wilston Samuel Jackson.
For the first time in nearly 50 years, regular passenger services will run on the Dartmoor Line, connecting Okehampton to Exeter.
