THE £5 million project to build new Gresley P2 2-8-2 No. 2007 Prince of Wales has launched a virtual reality 3D internet tour of its Darlington Locomotive Works headquarters.

The tour has been created by C3Sixty, a North East-based company which scans and captures various buildings and projects.

The virtual tour allows visitors to the project’s website from across the world to see Prince of Wales under construction. It can be accessed at www.p2steam.com
