Nigel Valentine sent in this picture from the East Lancashire Railway, who was one happy photographer!

This particular train on this path I had been after taking for some years now. The angle of the low winter sun means the whole track and train glint severely and what would be known as severe underexposure using the camera on manual settings was needed.
So incredibly on an aperture of f8 a shutter speed of 2000th of a second was chosen on 200 asa.

One happy photographer as after the train passed the sun went in.
