Bankers could help out too

I have an addendum to your suggestion that rioters, looters and metal thieves contribute labour to the heritage movement.

Think bigger. Consider tapping the executive expertise of the bankers and financiers who have looted billions of pounds from the British taxpayer.

They could steal funds for the heritage movement and/or serve as fat controllers at large.
